Owner & Founder, Roof-ER

Oliver Brown’s journey in the roofing industry began quite literally on the ground, spending a summer loading shingles onto rooftops under the hot sun. That hands-on experience ignited a passion for the trade and laid the foundation for what would become Roof-ER: a company built on grit, growth, and doing things the right way.

A two-time graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University, Oliver earned his B.S. in Business Marketing in 2013 and an MBA in 2015. Since then, he has combined strategic insight with on-the-job experience to build Roof-ER into a trusted name in exterior remodeling, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and solar solutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown through a commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and treating every homeowner like family.

Oliver leads with a “whatever it takes” mentality and firmly believes that success comes from a mix of hard work, positivity, and a little bit of hustle. Whether he’s working with his team in the field or strategizing for the future, Oliver’s focus is always on delivering excellence while building a company culture rooted in trust and accountability.

Outside the office, Oliver is a passionate sports fan (always ready for a debate), dog owner, and dedicated foodie who never turns down a chance to try something new. And while he’s moved on from his days on the college basketball court, he’ll still claim he has a smoother jumper than most, and he’s more than happy to prove it in any driveway.

From rooftops to boardrooms, Oliver Brown has climbed the ladder with purpose, and he’s just getting started.

I can't say enough great things about RoofER. From start to finish both Oliver and Mike were awesome and very easy to work with. I received a couple other estimates but Oliver was the first to mention that my roof had some wind and hale damage and that it might be possible for my insurance to cover the cost of a new roof. He was absolutely correct and because of his knowledge and expertise he was able to save me thousands of dollars. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They kept me informed on how things were going and were very responsive whenever I had questions. They did a fabulous job and the new Roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

They are true professionals at dealing with Insurance claims, including performing roofing and siding inspections for damage with no cost to you. Oliver will do the inspection and guide you through the insurance claim process and once approved, Mike will insure everything is in place operationally. All work was completed promptly and the final result looks great. The crews are also very professional and take care of every detail, from the installation through cleanup.
