Production Manager, Roof-ER

With over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, Greg Campbell brings unmatched knowledge, dedication, and field-tested expertise to his role as Production Manager at Roof-ER. His journey began in 1994 in Southern California, where he got his start delivering roofing materials to job sites across the region. That early exposure sparked a lasting career that has taken him through nearly every facet of the industry, from distribution to installation and now production leadership.

A native of the East Coast and a former student of Shepherd University, Greg returned to the DMV area after his time in California, where he also played Semi-Pro football. His competitive spirit and team-first mentality now fuel his work at Roof-ER, where he’s known for his precision, reliability, and deep respect for the customer experience.

Greg firmly believes that every homeowner deserves comprehensive, high-quality service, no shortcuts, no surprises. His hands-on approach ensures that every project is carefully planned, expertly executed, and followed through with care. Whether he’s coordinating crews or checking in on-site, Greg is the engine that keeps production running smoothly.

Outside of work, Greg and his wife Jenn are proud parents of two young boys, who keep them busy on the sidelines of various sports fields. Watching his kids grow and compete is one of Greg’s greatest joys, and it’s clear that both at home and on the job, he’s all about commitment, teamwork, and giving 100%.

I can't say enough great things about RoofER. From start to finish both Oliver and Mike were awesome and very easy to work with. I received a couple other estimates but Oliver was the first to mention that my roof had some wind and hale damage and that it might be possible for my insurance to cover the cost of a new roof. He was absolutely correct and because of his knowledge and expertise he was able to save me thousands of dollars. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They kept me informed on how things were going and were very responsive whenever I had questions. They did a fabulous job and the new Roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend ROOF-ER to talk care of your roofing needs. They are true professionals at dealing with Insurance claims, including performing roofing and siding inspections for damage with no cost to you. Oliver will do the inspection and guide you through the insurance claim process and once approved, Mike will insure everything is in place operationally. All work was completed promptly and the final result looks great. The crews are also very professional and take care of every detail, from the installation through cleanup. Very good experience with RoofER. Reese came by and did an assessment and came back the next day with Oliver and went over the options. No pressure at all.
